I'm Tom, owner of Tom’s Table in Shrewsbury Market Hall. If you decide to visit us, you’ll discover that we're all about using fresh, local ingredients to create dishes bursting with colour and flavour.
Before I started Tom’s Table, I spent a number of years refining my skills in cocktail making at some of the most acclaimed bars in Sydney and London. Now, I love sharing those skills during Shrewsbury Market Hall’s late nights. Swing by for a taste of our special cocktails!
